Abstract

Many problems exist in the countryside legal service system.The basic reasons are:(1)the undeveloped econemy in the countryside;(2)the traditional culture has great influence;Moreover,the managers and the related law-makers do not have very clear knowledge of the feature of the countryside legal service,which directly results in the problems.The countermeasures are to make the legal system education the base,the countryside legal service as the main body,and greatly to strengthen the service with reward and legal help;properly to complement lawyer legal service and to form a comprehensive service system of fine recycling,internal interaction and mutual promotion.
