Abstract
The Construction to Ecological Cvilization and the practice to the Scientific View on Development are integrated in the great cause of the overall construction to the Well-off Society,thus there are profound and comprehensive internal relations between them,mainly lie in:the construction to Ecological Civilization is the specific practice to scientific method,integrated consideration of,and can be seen that it match to the Scientific View on Development in the methodology;Construction to Ecological Civilization is the only way to achieve harmony and sustainable social development,and adapt to the requirements of the Scientific View on development;Construction to Ecological Civilization is the of expansion of people-centered concept actually,and is obviously consistent to the core value of the Scientific View on Development.In other words,Construction to Ecological Civilization is highly compatible to the Scientific View on Development in the methodology,the practical objectives and the core value,thus it is the inherent meaning of the Scientific View on Development.
