Clinical observation of Alprostadil Injection in the treatment of patients with vertigo caused by posterior circulation ischemia

Objective To observe the curative effect of Alprostadil Injection in the treatment of vertigo caused by posterior circulation ischemia(PCI).Methods Eighty four patients with vertigo caused by PCI were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(n = 42) was treated with Gastrodin Injection intravenous drip,and the treatment group(n = 42) was treated with Alprostadil Injection intravenous drip,which based on the treatment of control group.The curative effect was judged after 10 days.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.5%,and that of control group was 73.8%.The effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(χ2=3.977,P 0.05).Conclusion The Alprostadil injection in the treatment of vertigo caused by PCI can alleviate the symptoms,and it is an effective and safe medicine.
