Clinical Research of Shenfu Injection Combined with Alprostadil in Treating Posterior Circulation Ischemic Vertigo with Pattern of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Shenfu injection combined with alprostadil on posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods:Eighty-five patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=45) and the control group(n=40).The treatment group was treated with intravenous drop infusion of 40mL of Shenfu injection and 20ug of alprostadil per day.The control group was treated with sibelium 5mg once a day.The course of treatment lasted 14 days.The blood rheology and hemodynamics parameters of posterior circulation were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group and 62.5% in the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group being superior to that of the control group(P 0.05).The improvement of whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit and platelet aggregation in the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P 0.05).The improvement of maximum systolic velocity(Vs)and diastolic velocity(Vd)of posterior circulation in the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion:It is effective and safe to treat posterior circulation ischemic vertigo with Shenfu injection combined with alprostadil.
