Clinical Characteristics and Coronary Angiographic Finding in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To study the clinical characteristics of coronary angiographic characteristics in coronary heart disease(CHD) patients complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods Review the 2008～2010 coronary arteriography seropositie patients 92 cases,divided into diabetes groups(47 patients),the sugar metabolic abnormalities group(45 cases),uses Judkins method do selective coronary angiography.The fasting blood glucose,2-hr blood glucose,the total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were determinate.Two groups of patients with coronary angiography results and clinical characteristics were analyzed.Results Two groups in age,sex,smoking history,family history of coronary heart disease has no significant differences(P0.05),but hyperlipemia,hypertension,painless angina history of diabetes group than the sugar metabolic abnormalities group(P0.05).The group with diabetes coronary artery disease incidence double and three teams lesions(59.6%,36.1%) were significantly higher in the sugar metabolic abnormalities group(24.4%,6.7%)(P0.05),and more segmental lesions(48.9%) is significantly higher than the incidence of sugar metabolic abnormalities group(8.9%)(P0.05),but a single lesion incidence of diabetes group(4.3%) less than glucose metabolic abnormalities group(64.4%)(P0.05).Conclusion Coronary heart disease merge patients with type 2 diabetes its coronary artery pathological changes more serious and complex,with multivessel,diffuse disease is given priority to,and is usually accompanied by hyperlipidemia,hypertension,etc,metabolic disorder symptoms in clinical treatment difficulty increased obviously.
