Abstract
Objective To investigate and evaluate the effect of creatine phosphate sodium on protecting myocardium in children infected with EB virus. Methods 78 children with myocardial damage after the infection of EB virus admitted in our hospital from April 2014 to March 2015 were selected and divided into the treatment group and the general group in accordance with whether the patients used creatine phosphate sodium for treatment. 39 cases in the general group were treated by antiviral therapy, energy mixture, vitamin C and fructose diphosphate sodium. 39 cases in the treatment group were treated by antiviral therapy, energy mixture, vitamin C and creatine phosphate sodium. And the myocardial enzyme spectrum and troponin T(CTn T) changes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The response rate of the treatment group was much higher than that of the general group(94.9% vs 89.7%), the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion Compared with fructose diphosphate sodium, creatine phosphate sodium has better effect on protecting the myocardium of children with EB virus infection.
