Abstract

Objective To investigate the protective effects of creatine phosphate sodium on myocardium in children infected by EB virus. Methods 80 children who were infected by EB virus were randomly divided into treatment group(n=40)and control group(n=40).They were all with the abnormality of myocardial enzyme and CTn-T.The treatment group was treated with creatine phosphate sodium,in addition to conventional antiviral treatment and symptomatic and supportive treatment given to the control group. The change of myocardial enzyme and CTn-T were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the improve of myocardial enzyme and CTn-T of the treatment group were obvious. The differences of myocardial enzyme and CTn-T between two groups were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Creatine phosphate sodium have obvious protective effects on myocardium in children with infection of EB virus.
