Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of creatine phosphate sodium combined with coenzyme Q10 in the treatment of children's myocardial damage.Methods One hundred and twenty children with myocardial damage were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=65) and the control group(n=65).Nourishing cardiac muscle and etiological therapy were given to both groups.Besides,the treatment group were treated with phosphate sodium and coenzyme Q10,while the control group were given fructose-1,6-diphosphate(FDP).Cardiac troponin I and myocardial enzymes levels were measured before and after treatment in the two groups.Results Myocardial enzyme and troponin I after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P0.05) in the two groups,and the decrease were more obvious in the treatment group(P0.05).The total effective rate was 95.4% in the treatment group and 81.9% in the control group,with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Creatine phosphate sodium combed with coenzyme Q10 can effectively repair myocardial damage,promote the recovery of cardiac function,which serves as a good treatment for children with myocardial damage.
