Abstract
Objective To explore clinical curative effect of creatine phosphate sodium in treatment of newborn′s myocardial damage. Methods 40 cases of newborns with myocardial damage were retrospectively analyzed. They were randomly divided into the observation group and control group(20 cases each),both groups were geiven the same comprehensive treatment, and the observation group was given extra creatine phosphate sodium through injection, the control group was given fructose-1,6-diphosphate(FDP)treatment.Results Cardiac troponin T,lactate dehydrogenase isoenzymes(LDH-1)and phosphoric acid creatine kinase isozymes(CK-MB)of the two groups before and a week after treatment were statistically significantly different(P0.05);total effective rate of the observation group was 90%,and of the control group was 60%,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Creatine phosphate sodium has significant effect in treatment of newborn′s myocardial damage, which can protect the newborn from myocardial injury, promote myocardial tissue and cardiac function recovery, thus is worth of clinical promotion.
