Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Method: 52 cases of abdominal ectopic pregnancy were used transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasonography diagnosis. Result: Of transabdominal B-ultrasound-positive diagnosis rate was 73%;transvaginal B-ultrasound-positive diagnosis rate was 95%,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Transvaginal B-ultrasound of the adnexal mass, germ, cardiovascular volatility, fake intrauterine gestational sac was higher than abdominal B-ultrasound detection rate(P 0.05). Conclusion:Transvaginal B-ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy with a fast, safe, painless, and the diagnostic yield compared with abdominal B-ultrasound is superior.
