Abstract

With the conception of Development is the main principle,Development is the primary task that CCP takes the reign to thrive the country,CCP now put forward the conception of adhere to the humanistic principle and establish the conception of comprehensive,coordinate and sustainable development.Taking Marxism world view and methodology as the guide,using the new achievements of foreign development theory for reference and carefully considering the actual situation of Chinese development,Chinese communists give scientific answer to the basic questions such as what is development,why develop,how to develop and how to evaluate development.China has promoted the idea of ruling and made contribution to the world due to the development theory with Chinese characteristic.
