Abstract

This thesis is guided by the ideas of 17th Congress of the Communist Party,makes some scientific analysis about the basic connotation of the conception of scientific development,thus has the important and deep significance to learn and grasp the basic connotation of the conception of scientific development correctly,implement the conception of scientific development deeply,and propel the Chinese characteristic socialist career all-sides.
