Abstract

Today, with development being the theme of our age, the human beings are making progress without delay . At this crucial moment, our country are carrying out the third strategic goal for development stably on road to building an over - all well - being society. On the basis of the traditional theories of development, the CCP put forward and carry out a new view for development, which is in line with the tendency of social development for China. Analyze the main contents of the new scientific view for development , which is being put forward and being carried out recently by our party, and to analyze the theory and historical law on the basis of which it comes into being from the angle of application and research for the theories of social development can strengthen our comprehepsions of the scientific view for development.
