M ifepristone and M isoprostol Combined with Different Dosage on Drug Abortion Application Value

Objective To investigate mifepristone combined misoprostol of different dosages on the clinical effect of drug abortion.M ethods Select 200 routine drug abortion of pregnant women,random divided into treatment group and control group each 100 examples,the application of mifepristone dose is same,the treatment group misoprostol 1.2 mg,control group misoprostol 0.6 mg,The comparative analysis of the complete abortion rate,vaginal bleeding time and quantity,adverse reaction.Results The treatment group of complete abortion rate,vaginal bleeding time were significantly lower than those of the control group(P0.05);Two groups of vaginal amount of bleeding and adverse reaction conditions are not obvious difference(P0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined misoprostol line drug abortion,increase misoprostol dose can effectively improve complete abortion rate,reduce the bleeding time.
