Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect after drug abortion with misoprostol. Methods March 2009 to 2010 March by mifepristone joint of misoprostol in the abortion 218 cases were randomly divided into observation 109 cases (plus service of misoprostol in 109 cases) and the control group (muscle note oxytocin), the two groups of abortion to compare. Results Two groups of vaginal bleeding, completely abortion rate and vaginal bleeding time than group (P0.05). Conclusion After drugs abortive drugs with misoprostol could improve abortion rate, reduce vaginal bleeding amount and shorten the time of vaginal bleeding.
