Study of Mifepristone Combined with Misoprostol in the Treatment of Late Abortion

Objective To explore the effects of different methods in the treatment of late drug abortion and provide a good clinical method for medical abortion. Methods We used mifepristone and misoprostol in the treatment group and used diethylstilbestrol in the control group. Then we observed the abortion effects of the two groups. Results The abortion rate between the two groups was no statistically significant(P0.05). Compare the cases of vaginal bleeding after surgery, the treatment group had a better effect than the control group,there was a significant differences(P0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone combined with misoprostol can be treated as an effective method in the treatment of medical abortion,it is worthy used in clinical treatment.
