Nebulized ipratropium bromide in the treatment of acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease curative effect observation

Objective To observe the nebulized ipratropium bromide aerosol in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in acute stage of attack effect.Methods 80 cases of hospitalized patients with acute exacerbations of COPD,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group.2 groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with dyspnea score,expectoration score,pulmonary function and clinical effects of changes.Results After 1 weeks treatment in two groups of patients with dyspnea score,expectoration score,pulmonary function,clinical efficacy were significantly decreased(P 0.05 or P 0.01),and the treatment group decreased more than that of the control group obviously(P 0.05).Conclusion Nebulized ipratropium bromide in the treatment of acute COPD patients a significant effect,is worth the clinical promoted application.
