Abstract
The orthogonal experimental design L9(34) was used for building a technique system of the tissue culture and rapid propagation of Read Taro(Colocasia tonoimo Nakai) through adding 6-BA,thidiazuron(TDZ),NAA,sucrose and activated carbon to MS medium in this study. The results showed that the MS +0.5 mg / L NAA + 5.0 mg / L 6-BA was the optimum medium for inducing cespitose buds;MS +3.0 mg/L 6-BA + 1.5 mg/L TDZ+ 0.5 mg/L NAA+30.0g/L sucrose was the optimum medium for cespitose bud multiplication;MS +0.5 mg/L NAA +0.3 mg/L 6-BA +1.5 mg/L activated carbon was the optimum medium for buds rooting.
