Abstract
Objective: To investigate the long-term toxicity in rats exposed to a new medicine Xiaoneiyi granule. Methods: The Xiaoneiyi granule was forced to feed to rats at the dose of 10mL/(kg·d) for 8 week. Results: The organs of rats were normal and the gain of body weight of rats in both experimental group and control group had no difference. The test results of liver function, kidney function and the blood routine were in normal. Conclusion:The Xiaoneiyi granule has no long-term toxicity in rats exposed to it at the dose of 10mL/kg·d for 8 week.
