Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of cyclophosphamide and corticosteroid in treatment of Lupus Nephritis. Methods 61 patients with Lupus Nephritis were randomly divided into two groups:the control group was treated by corticosteroid, and the treatment group was combined cyclophosphamide on the basis of the control group. Results Compared with the control group, the difference of the total effective rate and the change of 24 h urine protein,Scr.ESR and SLEDAI score)were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Cyclophosphamide and corticosteroid in treatment of Lupus Nephritis has significant efficacy and the side effects and the rate of recurrence are lower.
