The Teacher Troop Present Situation Analysis of Henan Province Countryside in the Period of Compulsory Education

The teacher troop construction in the period of compulsory education has made important progress in recent years in Henan Province countryside.But,the teachers strength overall weak condition in countryside has still not obtained the radical change: the teacher resources deployment is imbalanced;the structural contradictions is quite prominent;difference between urban and rural teachers over the allocation of resources is big;the teacher of foreign language,information technology,music,sports,fine arts is universal short in countryside elementary and middle schools.Along with the economic and social development in rural areas and the countryside compulsory education funds safeguard mechanism's gradual establishment,further strengthening the countryside teachers strength is becoming the top priority of developing rural education.Therefore,we must take the effective action to promote the institutional innovations unceasingly,and to explore the establishment of new mechanisms and new methods that raise the overall level of the rural teacher troop to solve the prominent problems which the countryside teacher troop construction faces,gradually narrow the gap between urban and rural teacher troop.
