Questions of Vocational-&-Technical Education under the Linguistic Environment of New Countryside

The new rural reconstruction needs large quantities of specialized technical new workers which adapts to the needs of the new rural economy society development.Thus,the key to raise the new workers lies in developing vocational-technical education facing the countryside.Presently,what we must do is to use the educational resources we have completely,to lead the village by the city,to strengthen the union of running schools between the city and the countryside,to develop rural vocational-technical education.Simultaneously,we also need a high quality teachers troop to improve the quality of rural vocational-technical education and to realize the strategic target of constructing the new countryside.
