Abstract
Objective To study the efficacy of montelukast combined with doxofylline in treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Divided 110 cases of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease into observation group and control group, 55 cases in each group, the control group was given montelukast, the observation group was given montelukast combined with doxofylline, the FEV1% Predicted, FEV1/FEV, PaO2 and PaCO2 of two groups were compared. Results The FEV1% Predicted, FEV1/FEV and PaO2 of observation group were(75.2±1.2)%,(76.2±0.9)%,(89.3±1.2)mm Hg, control group were(64.2±0.7)%,(63.2±1.3)%,(73.2±0.8)mm Hg, which all improved after treatment, the difference was statistically significant compared to treatment before(P0.05), the difference between the two groups had statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Montelukast combined with doxofylline has better efficacy in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
