Abstract

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multi-tumor marker protein biochip detective system in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Methods Using the multi-tumor marker protein biochip detective system to analyze the concentration values of l2 tumor markers(AFP,CEA,NSE,CAl25,CA15-3,CA242,CA19-9,PSA,f-PSA,FER,β-HCG and HGH) in the sera of 60 malignant ovarian cancer patients and 100 normal persons.Result At least one kind of tumor marker was found higher in 50 sera of the 60 malignant ovarian cancer patients(positive ratio is 83%) and 3 sera of the 100 normal persons(negative ratio is 97%). Conclusion Combined measurement of various serum tumor markers by using protein biochip has clinical significance in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer
