Abstract
Objective To explore clinical curative effect of using noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation combined with morphine to treat acute left heart failure. Methods Sixty cases of patients with acute left heart failure were selected, who were admitted in our hospital from July 2011 to March 2011. According to different treatment methods, selected patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Patients of control group underwent noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation, while patients of experimental group were treated by combining with morphine on the basis of above method. Clinical curative results of two groups were contrastive analyzed. Results Effective rate of clinical treatment of experimental group was obviously higher than that of control group( P 0. 05); Improvement extent of relevant indicators of experimental group was obviously better than control group, differences were significance( P 0. 05). Conclusions Noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation can effectively improve respiratory function of patients with acute left heart failure. It can effectively enhance clinical curative effect through jointing sedation effect of morphine and promote improvement of patients' clinical symptoms such as hypoxemia. It has very positive clinical effect, and is suggested to promote further and use.
