Abstract
By using the adjustable parameter method,wide photonic forbidden band of one-dimensional photonic crystal is modulated by index of refraction.The formula of wide photonic forbidden band of one-dimensional photonic crystal is deduced.The wide photonic forbidden band increases when n_1/n_2 increases.The conclusion shows that such methed is efficacious.
