Abstract
Objective: To investigate the value of autologous blood transfusion in animal experiments. Methods: Hemorrhagic shock model was made by dog femoral artery bloodletting. The control group received the treatment by the infusion of Linger's liquid;Experimental group were treated using autologous blood transfusion.Retrospective analysis was made of the data of preoperative and postoperative Hemoglobin(HB),hematocrit(HCT),platelet(PC),activated partal thromboplastin time(APTT).Results: Experimental results showed that, compared with the control, each index of the treatment group maintained good, and experimental animals all lived, which showed remarkable differences in comparison. No autologous blood transfusion complications occurred in all animals. After washing, the blood platelet quantity decreased obviously. Conclusion: Autologous blood transfusion for the treatment of uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock action can effectively reduce blood loss and homologous blood transfusion, which has clinical significance especially in the backward economy and AIDS epidemic areas.
