Nursing experience and clinical value of autologous blood transfusion in ectopic pregnancy with hemorrhagic shock

Objective: To explore the nursing value and clinical applications of autologous blood transfusion in ectopic pregnancy with hemorrhagic shock.Methods: In the autologous blood transfusion in operation of 35 patients Z-2000A autologous blood recovery system was used.With intraoperatively close observation of condition,the adverse reactions and complications of autologous blood transfusion were avoided.the data were retrospectively analysed of Hemoglobin(HB),hematocrit(HCT),platelet(PC),platelet activated partal thromboplastin time(APTT) of preoperation and postoperation.Results: The total bleeding quantity of the 35 patients was 60400 ml,and the total autologous blood transfusion volume was 30950 ml.No autologous blood transfusion complications occurred in 35cases.Conclusion: Autologous blood transfusion can effectively reduce blood loss in the operation of ectopic pregnancy with hemorrhagic shock and reduce homologous blood transfusion,which is an economic,secure,and practical technique of blood conservation.
