Abstract
Objective To study the correlation between expression of nm23-H1 gene and metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Using immunohistochemical staining SABC method, tissue sections from 90 cases with NSCLC were investigated for expression of nm23-H1.Results The positive expression rate of nm23-H1 was51.1%(46/90), and it had no relation with age, sex, histopathologic type and the metastasis of other organs (P0.05), but had negative correlation with lymph node metastasis (P0.01) and had positive correlation with the patient's survival time(P0.05).Conclusion nm23-H1 is an important index to lymph node metastasis in NSCLC and prognosis.
