Abstract
Objective to learn the relevance of high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) concentration and the count of WBC in patients of brain disease.Methods Collect 431 blood samples of patients for their hs-CRP concentration、WBC counts and neutrophil(NEU) percentage of Category detection,calculated their average,abnormal rate,the rate of abnormal indicators significant difference in the concentration and hs-CRP,WBC count,NEU percentage among the relevant.Results Hs-CRP the concentration is(36.3± 40.2) mg/L when WBC count is more than 10×109/L,which has a a significant difference(p0.01) with that whose WBC count is less than 10×109/L;431 patients' hs-CRP concentration,WBC count and NEU% are as follow:(22.53 ± 31.91) mg/L,(10.49 ± 4.64)×109/L,(69.10 ± 14.66)%.hs-CRP concentration and the WBC count and the percentage of the NEU abnormal rates are as follow:90.3%,43.6%,51.0%.hs-CRP concentration of abnormal rate has a significant difference(p0.01)with the WBC count and NEU%;hs-CRP concentration is positively correlated to the WBC count and NEU%(p0.01,r=0.346,r=0.401),but not closely related.WBC count and NEU% are significantly correlated(p0.01,r=0.577),associated closely related.Conclusion hs-CRP concentration is positively correlated to the WBC count and NEU% in brain disease,when Hs-CRP concentration is greater than 36.3 mg/L and continued to rise,it prompts the possibility of infection.
