Abstract
The teaching of Clinical Nursing is the key bridge for combining the nursing theory with the clinical practice closely.And it is an important way for students to obtain professional nursing skills,right attitude and professional expertise which are needed in the nursing specialty.Attaching great importance to the management mechanism and the control of the quality of the teaching of the Clinical Nursing,setting up the teaching under the guidance of the nursing procedures,strengthening the construction of a team of clinical teachers,and establishing a teacher qualification accreditation system,have an important significance to improve the quality of Clinical Nursing teaching and to help students adjust to modern nursing work as soon as possible.
