ESTABLISHMENT AND PRACTICE OF CLINICAL NURSING SKILLS TEACHING SYSTEM

Abstract
Objective To set up apractical clinical nursing skills teaching system that would help train practical ability in nursing professionals. Methods Through analysis of the problems existed in clinical skill teaching practice,the principles were constructed,the teaching mode and teaching method were reformed,the practice course contents integrated.The clinical nursing skills practice teaching system was created based on nursing job skills training as the core and applied in the practice of teaching.Results The establishment of the clinical nursing skills practical teaching system significantly improved teachers,teaching enthusiasm,creativity and teaching ability,and comprehensive quality of students. Conclusion The establishment of the clinical nursing skills practical teaching system has important significance to cultivate students' ability of and to adapt clinical nursing practice.
