Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of the combination of trimetazidine and low dose enalapril on diastolic heart failure. Methods Sixty cases with diastolic heart failure admitted by our hospital from August 2009 to August 2011 were randomly divided into control group and study group. Both groups were given trimetazidine, while only study group was given low dose enalapril. The left ventricular diastolic function (isovolumic relaxation time, early filling peak rate, late filling peak rate, E/A), cardiac function and treatment effect of two groups were observed. Results (1)The left ventricular diastolic function parameters of study group were superior to those in control group, and in addition to the isovolumic relaxation time (P 0.05), the rest were P 0.01; (2)The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the effective cases were more than that of the control group (P 0.05), the ineffective cases were less than that of control group (P 0.05). Conclusion The effect of combination of trimetazidine and low dose enalapril on diastolic heart failure is better.
