Effect observation of Trimetazidine in treatment of ischemic heart failure

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Trimetazidine in treatment of ischemic heart failure. Methods 90 cases of ischemic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group(45 cases in each) . Both groups received conventional treatment,and observation group received trimetazidine based on the control group,before and after treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD) changes were observed,and the clinical efficacy was compared.Results After treatment,LVEDD decreased and LVEF increased in both groups and the differences were significant(P0.05) ,but the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05) . The total effective rate in the observation group was 91.1%,which was higher than 71.1% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05) .Conclusion Trimetazidine in treatment of ischemic heart failure is safe and effective.
