Observation of clinical effect of trimetazidine combined with metoprolo on diastolic heart failure

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of trimetazidine combined with metoprolo on diastolic heart failure.Methods 200 cases with diastolic heart failure were selected and randomly divided into ob servation group and control group.The control group was given conventional treatment of heart failure.carvedilol was given to the control group,trimetazidine combined with metoprolo was used to the observation group.Changes of left ventricular diastolic function was observed before and after treatment in two groups.Results IVRT,E,A,E/A in observation group after treatment compared with those in control group after treatment respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with metoprolo can improve the diastolic heart failure in patients with left ventricular diastolic function,there is a significant clinical effect.
