Clinical observation enalapril and betaloc treatment to diastolic heart failure

Objective To investigate the effects of betaloc and enalapril treatment on diastolic heart failure.Methods 140 cases of patients with diastolic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups,control group of 70 patients given digitalis,diuretics and nitrates treatments;70 cases of treatment group,in the control group based on treatment with metoprolol and nalapril treatment,and both groups were treated for 6 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 62.9%,and the treatment group,the total effective rate was 92.9%.Compared the two groups,there was significant difference P0.05.The two groups after treatment than before treatment systolic blood pressure decreased significantly,and the treatment group got more changes than the control group,P0.05;the heart rate of pretreatment was decreased compared with that after treatment in the treatment group,while there was no significant changes in the control group.Conclusion It is safe and effective to use enalapril and betaloc treatment to diastolic heart failure.
