Abstract
Objective:To establish an atomic absorption spectrometry for content determination of Pb in whole human blood.Methods:Using palladium nitrate as matrix modifiers,samples were acidified with 5% nitric acid,centrifuged for deproteinization,then determined by atomic absorption method.Results:The linear range of calibration curve for the method was 0 μg/L~80 μg/L with correlation coefficient 0.9992,determination limit was 1.0 μg/L,recovery was 97%~104%,ralative standard deviation(RSD) was 3.0%~7.2%.Conclusion:The method was convenient,showing high sensetivity,repeatability and accuracy,which was suitable for clinical promotion.
