Abstract

[Objective]To establish the method of analyzing the manganese in the whole blood by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS) directly and rapidly.[Methods]The samples which were digested and emulsified by sample diluent of nitric acid and TritonX-100 were detected in AAS with a automatic sampling system, using deuterium lamp for background correction.[Results]The linear range of the method was 0 ~3.0 μg/L,correlation coefficient was 0.9994,RSD was 1.1% ~7.7%,standard recovery was 93.7% ~ 101.0%,the detection limit was 1.2 μg/L.[Conclusion]The method has reliable accuracy and precision, does not have to be digested, and can be used to determine manganese in whole blood simply, rapidly and feasibly.
