Discussion on the Basic Issues of Making Land Use Planning on Village Level

The purpose of this study is to discuss the basic attributes and methods of making land use planning on village level.Input-output analysis and tabular method are used to make the land use planning on village level.After the scale,location and use of various types of land have been determined,the detailed internal land use planning is then designed.The results indicate that land use planning at village level and controls on the land use can improve the overall efficiency of land use.The conclusion is that the land use planning on village level is an amelioration and promotion of Chinese land use planning system.The implement of such land use planning is propitious to the optimization of land resources allocation,the practical implementation of various policies of land resources management,and harmony and sustainable development of regional society,economy,resource use and environmental protection.
