Village-Level Land Use Planning Researches in New Rural Construction

The new rural construction promoted the development of village-level land use planning.In this paper,the connotation of the village land use planning was analyzed,the domestic village-level land use planning′s research status in the homeland was discussed,and then the problems of the village-level land use planning were pointed out as follows:lack of theoretical research,the content of the village-level land use planning disunity,inadequate basic information in planning and corresponding post-evaluation was not timely carried on after accomplishing the planning projects.Village-level land use planning presented the coordinated development tends,such as focusing on the amount of land quantity and quality and ecological control of the overall planning,the coordination of urban and rural areas and public participation of different stakeholders,land-use planning information.The small scale study of land use plan will become the overall tendency.In future,the village-level land use planning should be spreaded,the spatial optimization of village-level land use planning should be deepened,and the improvement and maturity in theory and practice methods should be promoted.
