Abstract
The deficiencies of current land-use planning system in China were analyzed.The similarities and differences between the village-level land-use planning and common land use planning were compared.The special significance of establishing village-level land-use planning was pointed out.The countermeasures of bringing the village-level land-use planning into the overall land use planning system in China were brought forward.
