Abstract

Based on the analysis of disadvantages of the system of land use planning and the new situation of land management at the level of villages and towns,this paper discusses the basic requests and characteristics of rural land use planning and the way to perfect the system of land use planning,concluding that rural land use planning can be studied and developed as a detailed land use planning in order to improve the continuous perfection and development of land use planning system.
