Abstract
The chemical biological-flocculation process is a highly enhanced primary treatment process that integrating the chemical flocculation and biological flocculation.The treating efficiency of the chemical-biological process is higher than that of chemical enhanced primary treatment process alone due to the cooperation of chemical flocculation,precipitation,biological flocculation,adsorption and degradation.Some researches indicate that the integrating effect is more obvious when the dosage is lower as compared to the higher dosage,implying there is not a mathematical synthesis,but an inhibiting effect between chemical flocculation process and biological flocculation process,especially under higher dosage.This study has a further probation into the inhibiting effect on chemical-biological flocculation process.
