Abstract

The two processes of chemical-biological flocculation and chemical flocculation process are compared through analysis of the sludge production and sludge settling property of the two techniques. The comparison and analysis show that in the treatment of lower concentration of sewage, the average removal rates of CODCr,turbidity,TP of the effluent water with chemical-biological flocculation process are 4.7%,1.0%,5.5%higher respectively than those with chemical flocculation process.
