Abstract

Establishing harmonious labor relations of SOE and enterprises of which the state holds a controlling number of the shares should base on such related laws as Labor Law and Labor Contract Law and plays an initiative role in such aspects as exactly grasping harmonious labor relations,perfecting labor relations,coordinating the implement system,focusing on the most important task,development and upholding enterprise stability.
