Abstract

Aim: To study the changes of the serum high sensitive C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP) in Coronary Heart Disease and its clinical significane. Methods: The latex enhancedimmunoturbidimetric method was adopeted,by which the serum Hs-CRP contents in 3 patientswith stable angina pectoris(UAP) and 12 patients with ischemiccardiomyopathy(ICM) and 29atients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) were in comparison with the contents in 40 healthpersons for control.Meanwhile, the relationship between Hs-CRP and creatine kinase(CK),creatine linaseisoenzyme(CK-MB) was explored. Results: The serum Hs-CRP convalescent stage of acute myocardical infarction were respectively(0.78±0.52)mg/L,(1.43±1.27)mg/L,(1.67±0.89)mg/L,(31.64±37.37)mg/L,(0.56±0.27)mg/L.Hs-CRP in UAP,ICM,AMI were significantly higher(P0.01)than those of the healthies.Conclusion:Hs-CRP has relation with the artsing of coronary heart disease. It has important value for prediction, development and recovery of heart disease.
