Abstract
Objective To study the change of the serum high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in coronary heart disease and its relationship with myocardial injury. Methods The latex enhanced immunoturbidimetric method was adopted,by which the serum hs-CRP contents in 36 patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP) and 32 patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP) and 38 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) and 28 convalescent patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) were measured and were in comparison with the contents in 40 healthy persons for control.Meanwhile, the relationship between hs-CRP and cardial troponin I(cTnI),creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB) was explored. Results The serum hs-CRP concentrations in the patients with SAP,UAP,AMI and on the convalescent stage of acute myocardical infarction were respectively(2.58±1.12)mg/L,(6.31±3.58)mg/L,(16.42±7.81)mg/L,(5.26±3.47)(mg/L),significantly higher(P0.01) than those((1.06±0.64)mg/L) in control group. There was no statistical difference in the concentrations of CK in SAP group and CK-MB in UAP group in comparison with control group.(P0.05).The concentrations of CK and CK-MB significantly increased(P0.01).Conclusion hs-CRP not only has relation with the arising of coronary heart disease, but also can reflect the severity of pathological changes of coronary artery according to its level. It has important value for risk classification of heart vascular diseases and prediction of arrhythmic events in patients with heart vascular diseases.
