Abstract
Objective To observe the changes of serum levels of CK, CK-MB and Hs-CRP in patients with cardiovascular diseases. Methods Serum levels of CK, CK-MB and Hs-CRP were detected in 44 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI), 42 patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP) and 21 patients with stable angina pectoris (SAP). Results Serum levels of CK, CK-MB and Hs-CRP increased significantly in AMI group than in UAP group, CK-MB in both UAP and SAP groups was higher than control group, but not had the power to show statistical significant difference between them. Conclusions The obviously increased CK, CK-MB and Hs-CRP are useful in the diagnosis of AMI, but unable to distinguish between UAP and SAP.
