Abstract

Objective:To separate and extract the placental peptide with multi-aspects biological activity from healthy goat placental,and determine its quality standard.Method:We extracted the placental peptide from healthy parturition goat by using the extraction technologies including ultrafine comminution,repeated freeze-thawing,centrifugation and ultrafiltration,and then pH and molecular weight were determined,and at last,Biuret reaction,ninhydrin reaction and ultraviolet scanning were carried.Results:The pH value of goat placental peptide ranged from 6.2 to 6.8,and its molecular weight ranged from 50KDa to 66.2 KDa.Biuret and ninhydrin reaction indicated that the main components contained polypeptide,and the ultraviolate absorption summit lies in the span from 260~280nm.Conclusion:The technology can be used to produce goat placental peptid.
