Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and stenosis degree of coronary artery.Method:The coronary stenosis degrees of 170 patients(123 males,47 females)were analyzed by coronary angiography(CAG),and the serum hs-CRP concentrations were detected by immune scatter turbidimetry.Gensini score was used to evaluate the correlation between the stenosis degree of coronary and hs-CRP.Result:When Gensini score level was examined as a categorical variable ordering by quartile values, there were significant differences in hs-CRP among the groups with different Gensini scores(P0.05).Compared Gensini scores with Spearman,Gensini score was positively correlated with hs-CRP(R=0.382,P0.01).Conclusion:Serum hs-CRP level may be positively associated with coronary stenosis degree, which would be one of the indicators for assessing coronary stenosis degree.
